“多元赋能型”德育管理模式在优质初中的实践探索

  • Abstract: This study is based on the current situation of moral education management in junior high schools, exploring the application of the “Multi-Empowerment” moral education management model. This study employs action research to empower three groups: Teachers shift from disciplinary oversight to mentorship through mindset training. Students are promoted into proactive learning via incentive systems and peer collaboration. Parents are cultivated into four roles—enabler, learner, resonator, role model. This practice aims to foster students’ proactive learning, transform teachers’ educational philosophies, and encourage parents’ willing engagement in their children’s growth, thereby strengthening the school’s moral education management ecosystem. 传统班级管理以班主任批评教育居多,导致学生厌学,班主任厌管,家长厌帮。长期处于这种高压管理之下,既不利于学生素养落地,也不利于家校协同育人。本文基于“多元赋能型”班级德育管理理念,从班主任、学生、家长三方寻找赋能对策展开行动研究,使学生积极学习,班主任转变理念,家长欣然参与孩子成长。通过赋能班主任、学生、家长,最终解决学生烦、教师难、家长怕的现象,助力学生素养真正落地。
