• Abstract: Ideological and political education (IPE) is an important approach for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents. As frontline workers in students’ daily management, counselors play a key role in IPE. This paper explores the necessity of integrating IPE into the daily management of counselors’ student affairs in colleges and universities, analyzes the existing problems in the current integration of IPE into students’ daily management, and proposes specific implementation strategies to improve students’ ideological and political literacy and promote their all-round development. 思政教育是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。辅导员作为学生日常管理的一线工作者，在思政教育中发挥着关键作用。本文探讨了思政教育融入高校辅导员学生日常管理的必要性，分析了当前思政教育融入学生日常管理工作中存在的问题，并提出了具体的实施策略，以提升学生的思政素养，促进学生的全面发展。
