新质生产力理念下学校冰雪运动人才培养体系的关键要素及实现探索

  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of the nation’s heightened emphasis on winter sports and the call for “300 million people participating in winter sports”, this study employs research methods including literature analysis, expert interviews, logical reasoning, and empirical investigation. Integrating the current development status of winter sports in China, existing challenges in talent cultivation, and the impact of new quality productive forces on the operation of schoolbased winter sports talent cultivation systems, it explores the key elements and operational cases of such systems under the new quality productive forces framework. The research identifies five core elements for constructing a winter sports talent cultivation system under this concept: cultivation objectives, mechanisms, curriculum design, practical platforms, and teaching teams. Empirical case studies reveal that schools should leverage their unique educational strengths, prioritize competency development, adopt industry-education integration pathways, and drive innovation through practical initiatives to cultivate high-quality applied talents in winter sports. By implementing a multidimensional cultivation system covering theoretical instruction, practical training, competitive activities, and social services, schools can foster students’ holistic development and provide sustained talent support for building China into a winter sports power. 本研究立足于国家对冰雪运动的高度重视以及“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的号召,采用文献分析、专家访谈、逻辑推理和实证调查等研究方法,结合我国冰雪运动发展现状、人才培养中存在的问题及新质生产力对学校冰雪运动人才培养体系运行的影响等,探究了新质生产力理念下学校冰雪运动人才培养体系的关键要素及其运行案例。研究认为,该体系的关键要素主要包括培养目标、培养机制、课程体系、实践平台与教学团队等五个方面。从实践案例发现,学校培养冰雪运动人才要立足自身办学特色,以能力培养为主线,以产教融合为路径,以创新实践为抓手,多措并举培养高素质应用型冰雪人才。通过构建并运行覆盖理论教学、实践训练、竞赛活动、社会服务等多维度的新质生产力培养体系,促进学生全面发展,为冰雪强国建设输送源源不断的人才力量。
