Abstract:
Abstract: Mental health education courses hold significant strategic importance in the talent cultivation system of the new era. This study deeply analyzes the valuable spiritual values of traditional Chinese culture such as “self-cultivation and nurturing one’s nature”, “harmony between man and nature”, “benevolence and harmony”, and “self-improvement” for college students in terms of cognitive regulation, emotion management, life education, and personality shaping. It also dissects the main challenges currently faced in integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into college students’ mental health education, including insufficient in-depth exploration of content, lack of innovation in teaching methods, and relatively weak teaching staff. The study proposes practical approaches such as constructing a hierarchical and experience-oriented curriculum system, innovating situational teaching methods, strengthening the training of teachers’ traditional cultural literacy, creating an immersive campus cultural environment, and integrating modern technology to broaden dissemination channels. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for building a mental health education system for college students with Chinese characteristics and cultural depth. 心理健康教育课程在新时代人才培养体系中占据重要战略地位。本研究深入剖析传统文化中“修身养性”“天人合一”“仁爱和谐”“自强不息”等思想,挖掘其在为大学生提供认知调节、情绪管理、生命教育及人格塑造方面的宝贵精神价值。同时,剖析当前将中华优秀传统文化融入大学生心理健康教育工作中,面临着内容挖掘不够深入、教学方法缺乏创新以及师资力量相对薄弱等主要挑战,进而提出构建分层次、重体验的课程体系,创新情境化教学方法,强化师资传统文化素养培训,营造浸润式校园文化环境,并整合现代技术拓宽传播路径等实践路径,旨在为构建具有中国特色文化底蕴的大学生心理健康教育体系提供理论支撑与实践参考。
