  • Abstract: Based on the research background including the psychological assessment results of students in our university over the past two years, the psychological characteristics of art majors, and the limitations of traditional college students’ mental health courses, the authors optimized the college students’ mental health course by adopting methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey and interview. With expressive art therapy as the foundation, and guided by the core of Malchiodi’s theory and trauma-informed treatment principles, the optimization of this course constructs an overall practical framework of the college students’ mental health education course featuring the “Two-Dimensional Goals - Four Principles - Four-Stage Modules”, which provides new ideas for the optimization of college students’ mental health education courses. 结合我校近2年学生心理测评结果、艺术类学生心理特点及传统大学生心理健康课程的局限性等研究背景,本研究采用文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对大学生心理健康课程进行优化。本课程优化以表达性艺术治疗为基础,以Malchiodi理论核心及创伤知情治疗原则为指导,构建“双维目标—四项原则—四阶模块”的大学生心理健康教育课程实践整体框架,为大学生心理健康教育课程优化提供新思路。
