Abstract:
The “Situation and Policy” course is a pivotal ideological and political theory course in higher education, featuring timeliness in theoretical guidance, targeting in problem-solving, and comprehensiveness in educational orientation. International topics form a core component of this course, focusing on China’s commitment to peaceful development and its new vision for building a community with a shared future for mankind. Taking the South China Sea topic as a case study—covering topic selection, lesson preparation, instructional design, teaching delivery, assessment, and feedback—this paper proposes four reform approaches for international topic pedagogy: First, optimize course management and teaching methods to enhance course quality and teaching effectiveness; Second, adapting to the growing disciplinary diversity of faculty in Schools of Marxism; Third, promoting the integration of “ideological and political courses” and “curriculum-based ideological and political education”; Fourth, pioneering a “1+N” chained teaching model for international topics.
“形势与政策”课是一门理论武装时效性、释疑解惑针对性、教育引导综合性都很强的高校思想政治理论课。国际形势与政策专题是“形势与政策”课的重要组成部分,重点讲授我国坚持和平发展道路、推动构建人类命运共同体的新理念新贡献。本文以南海专题的选题与备课、设计与讲解、考查与反馈等重要教学实践环节为例,从四个方面总结了“形势与政策”课国际专题教学方式改革思路:第一,优化课程管理与教学方法,提升课程品质与教学效果;第二,顺应马院师资学科背景日益多元化的趋势;第三,积极推动“思政课程”和“课程思政”的有机融合;第四,尝试探索“1+N”国际专题链式教学思路。
