Abstract:
Industry-education integration is an important educational model that emphasizes the close integration of theory and practice, and it is one of the effective ways to enhance the innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates. This paper sorts out the research on the innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates, and points out the problems existing in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates, and explores the empowerment methods of industry-education integration in the context of digitalization from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching methods and teaching platforms. Furthermore, it proposes to enhance the innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates through diversified evaluation, optimized training approaches and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation. Finally, this paper introduces the case of the industry-education integration training model of the Hangzhou Research Institute of Xidian University, which has effectively improved the practical innovation ability of postgraduates and provides a useful reference for deepening the reform of professional degree postgraduates education.
产教融合作为一种重要的教育模式,强调理论与实践的紧密结合,是提升专业学位研究生创新能力的有效途径之一。本文通过梳理专业学位研究生创新能力相关研究,指出了专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,从课程体系、教学方式和教学平台等方面探讨了数字化背景下产教融合的赋能方式,并提出通过多元化评价、优化培养途径及生涯校企合作等路径提升专业学位研究生创新能力。最后,介绍了西安电子科技大学杭州研究院的产教融合培养模式案例,该模式对提升研究生实践创新能力具有积极作用,为深化专业学位研究生教育改革提供了有益参考。
