  • Abstract: With the high-quality development of vocational education, mental health issues among vocational school students have become increasingly prominent. As an important carrier of mental health education, mental health clubs face challenges such as monotonous activity forms, insufficient theoretical support, and weak professional capabilities in their actual operation. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper constructs an innovative model for mental health clubs centered on a “three-dimensional integrated” goal system and a “four-dimensional linkage” activity mechanism. The effectiveness of this model in enhancing students’ positive psychological qualities, subjective well-being, and career adaptability is verified through practical cases. The research results provide theoretical references and practical paths for mental health education in vocational schools. 随着职业教育高质量发展进程的推进,职业学校学生心理健康问题日益凸显。心理健康社团作为开展心理健康教育的重要载体,在实际运行中面临活动形式单一、理论支撑不足、专业能力薄弱等挑战。本文基于积极心理学理论,构建以“三维一体”目标体系和“四维联动”活动机制为核心的心理健康社团创新模式,并通过实践案例验证其在提升学生积极心理品质、主观幸福感及职业适应力方面的有效性。研究结果为职业学校心理健康教育提供了理论参考与实践路径。
