“双减”背景下家长教育焦虑的表征、成因与纾解路径研究

  • Abstract: The “Double Reduction” policy has achieved remarkable results in alleviating students’ homework burden and regulating off-campus tutoring. However, parental education anxiety has not been fundamentally eliminated. This anxiety mainly stems from difficulties in the transition of parental roles, legacy issues of education capitalization, and the misalignment between macro-level education strategies and individual actions. To alleviate this anxiety, the government should optimize resource allocation and deepen evaluation reforms, schools should improve the quality of after-school services and strengthen home-school collaboration, society should regulate the tutoring market and enhance public opinion guidance, and families should establish a scientific view of talent development and improve their educational capabilities. These joint efforts will form a multi-stakeholder synergy to promote the healthy development of the education ecosystem. “双减”政策在减轻学生作业负担与规范校外培训方面取得显著成效,但家长教育焦虑并未根本消除。焦虑主要源于家长角色转型困境、教育资本化遗留问题及宏观教育战略与个体行动的错位。为纾解焦虑,需政府优化资源配置、深化评价改革,学校提升课后服务质量、加强家校协同,社会规范培训市场、强化舆论引导,家庭树立科学成才观、提升教育能力,形成多方合力推动教育生态良性发展。
