Abstract:
Based on the perspective of multi-agent synergy, this study constructs a systematic mental health education mechanism for college students, in response to the high detection rates of depression, anxiety, and other psychological issues among the student population. The research reveals that traditional singular education models are plagued by a lack of synergistic thinking, inadequate mechanisms, insufficient capacities, and suboptimal environments, making them ill-suited to address contemporary needs. Theoretically grounded in synergetics, the study proposes three core values: resource integration, synergy formation, and innovation promotion. On the practical level, it establishes five synergistic pathways, namely conceptual synergy (cultivating a holistic educational perspective), organizational synergy (building an efficient system), content synergy (integrating educational resources), stakeholder synergy (forming collaborative network), and platform synergy (developing support systems). These are supported by three guarantee mechanisms— policy and institutional support, capacity building, and evaluation and feedback—collectively providing a systematic theoretical foundation and practical implementation approach for innovating college students’ mental health education, and holds significant practical value for promoting the all-round development of college students.
本研究基于多元协同视角,针对当前大学生群体抑郁、焦虑等高检出率问题,系统构建了大学生心理健康教育机制。研究发现传统单一化教育模式存在协同理念缺失、机制不完善、能力支撑不足和环境保障不力等困境,难以应对现实挑战。理论层面以协同学为基础,提出整合资源、形成合力、促进创新的三重价值;实践层面构建了理念协同(树立全域教育观)、组织协同(构建高效体系)、内容协同(整合教育资源)、主体协同(形成合作网络)、平台协同(建设支持系统)五大路径,并通过政策制度保障、能力建设支撑、评估反馈机制三大体系确保实施效果。研究为创新大学生心理健康教育提供了系统的理论框架和实践路径,对促进大学生全面发展具有重要现实意义。
