Abstract:
To explore the current status and existing challenges of local Chinese language teacher training in Central Asian countries, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of 60 specialized training programs for them. Starting with an analysis of the compositional characteristics of the local teaching workforce, the study further proposes targeted strategies and recommendations. The study finds that the current training has formed a pattern of multi-party participation involving Chinese universities, Confucius Institutes, and related institutions. The content of training has evolved from “basic enlightenment” to “expanded deepening” and then to “targeted empowerment”, with preliminary results already observed. In response to problems such as insufficient localization of training content and low efficiency in transformation, as well as the lack of training evaluation and feedback mechanisms, this paper proposes measures including improving the design of training content, innovating training models, establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and building a diversified collaborative training system.
文章基于对60期面向中亚国家本土汉语教师的培训项目的深入分析,从中亚国家本土教师队伍的构成特点出发,分析了中亚国家本土汉语教师培训的现状、问题,并提出相应的对策建议。研究发现,当前培训已形成我国高校、孔子学院及相关机构多元参与的格局,培训内容历经“基础启蒙”“拓展深化”至“精准赋能”的演进过程,成效初显。针对培训中存在的培训内容本土适配与培训效能转化不足、培训效果评估与反馈机制缺失等问题,本文提出优化培训内容设置、创新培训模式、建立评估反馈机制、构建多元协同培训体系等对策建议。
