  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of the comprehensive development of big data, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and the digital economy, this study focuses on the talent cultivation orientation and teaching practice scenarios of the economic statistics major in financial and economic universities. Guided by the core logic of “demand-driven, multi-dimensional collaboration, and digital-intelligent empowerment”, it examines the current situation and existing problems of the talent cultivation model for the economic statistics major. Furthermore, it actively explores reform paths such as the reconstruction of talent cultivation objectives, optimization of the curriculum system, establishment of a multi-dimensional collaborative cultivation mechanism, and in-depth integration of digital-intelligent teaching. The goal is to cultivate innovative, interdisciplinary, and high-quality talents who possess a solid foundation in statistics, are proficient in modern data analysis technologies, have an in-depth understanding of regional economic characteristics, and can solve practical problems. This study aims to provide a reference model for the high-quality development of the economic statistics major in local universities. 立足财经类高校经济统计专业的人才培养定位与教学实践场景,在大数据、人工智能技术和数字经济全面发展的时代背景下,以“需求驱动、多元协同、数智赋能”为核心逻辑,剖析当前经济统计专业人才培养模式的现状与问题,并进一步积极探索人才培养目标重构、课程体系优化、多元协同培养机制搭建、数智化教学深度融合等改革路径,旨在培养掌握扎实统计学基础、熟练运用现代数据分析技术、深入理解区域经济特征并能够解决实际问题的创新型、复合型高素质人才,为地方高校经济统计专业高质量发展提供可借鉴的模式。
