• Abstract: Against the backdrop of the popularization of higher education, the competition in the job market has become increasingly fierce, posing numerous challenges for the employment of college graduates. University counselors, who play dual roles as educators and administrators, serve as a crucial link between national talent strategies and students’ career development. The concept of “Three-wide Education” acts as the core means for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation, as well as to construct a high-quality employment education system. Meanwhile, the educational model of “Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations” focuses on nurturing comprehensive talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, which provides a fundamental guideline for enhancing the core employability of graduates. This paper addresses the two core dilemmas in current college employment guidance: the prominent structural contradiction between job supply and demand and the deviation in students’ employment outlook. Based on the job functions of university counselors, it deeply integrates the concepts of “Three-wide Education” and “Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations” and proposes systematic measures for university counselors to carry out employment guidance in the new era, aiming to promote the high-quality employment of college graduates. 高等教育普及化背景下，就业市场竞争日益激烈，高校毕业生就业工作面临诸多挑战。高校辅导员兼具教师与管理者双重角色，是连接国家人才战略与学生职业发展的关键枢纽。“三全育人”理念是高校落实立德树人根本任务、构建高质量就业教育体系的核心抓手；“五育并举”育人模式聚焦培育德智体美劳全面发展的综合型人才，为提升毕业生就业核心竞争力提供了根本遵循。本文针对当前高校就业指导中存在的岗位供需结构性矛盾突出、学生就业观存在偏差两大核心困境，立足高校辅导员的工作职能，将“三全育人”与“五育并举”理念深度融合，提出新时代高校辅导员开展就业指导工作系统性措施，助力推动高校毕业生实现高质量就业。
