校社协同视角下社区心理服务对“社恐”行为的路径研究

  • Abstract: As Generation Z college students gradually become the mainstream group in society, the culturally labeled phenomenon of “social anxiety” has become increasingly prominent among them. A psychological intervention model relying on a single subject can hardly meet their diversified needs. As an important carrier integrating professional resources of universities and practical scenarios of communities, school-community collaboration provides multiple paths for intervening non-clinical “social anxiety” among college students. Based on the data from the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and the Chinese College Students’ Positive Psychological Quality Scale, combined with group sandplay counseling and diversified community intervention practices, this paper, from the perspective of school-community collaboration, analyzes the functional roles of schools and communities in the intervention path relying on the three-dimensional mechanism of “cognitive restructuring — behavior training — social support construction”. It verifies the effectiveness through data comparison before and after the intervention, so as to provide theoretical references and practical implications for improving the quality of community psychological services in intervening college students’ non-clinical “social anxiety”. Z世代大学生逐渐成为社会主流群体,带有文化标签属性的“社恐”表现在这一群体中日益突出,单一主体的心理干预模式已难以满足其多元化需求。校社协同作为整合高校专业资源与社区实践场景的重要载体,为干预大学生非临床“社恐”行为提供了多元路径。本文基于90项症状清单(SCL-90)、中国大学生积极心理品质量表数据,结合团体沙盘辅导与社区多元干预实践,从校社协同视角出发,从“认知重塑—行为训练—社会支持构建”三维路径机制,分析校社双方在干预路径中的功能定位,通过干预前后数据对比验证实施效果,为提升社区心理服务对大学生非临床“社恐”的干预质量提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
