• Abstract: In the context of fostering virtue and cultivating talents in the new era, universities should adhere to the core guiding role of Party building work in education, and address the issue of the separation between Party building and educational instruction. The Faculty of Quality Management and Inspection & Quarantine of Yibin University aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents. The faculty adheres to the deep integration of Party building and business, and leads education and teaching reform through Party building. The faculty focuses on the characteristics of “quality and standardization” to build a “Party building and teaching” educational system, so as to transform the advantages of Party building into impetus for high-quality development. 在新时代立德树人背景下，高校应坚持发挥党建工作对教育事业的核心引领作用，切实解决党建与教育教学分离的问题。宜宾学院质量管理与检验检测学部（以下简称“学部”）以培养高素质应用型人才为目标，坚持党建与业务深度融合，以党建引领教育教学改革，围绕“质量与标准化”特色，构建“党建+教学”教育体系，以期推动党建优势转化为高质量发展优势。
