• Abstract: Career management competence refers to an individual's ability to actively manage and regulate learning, work, and life behaviors related to career goals throughout their lifespan. It is regarded as an essential competency for achieving career success. Its fundamental structure consists of three dimensions: self-management, career exploration, and career construction. China should develop a localized school career education goal system centered on career management competence, providing a foundation for coherent, sustained, and systematic career education across primary, secondary, and higher education levels. 生涯管理能力是个体对贯穿其一生的与生涯目标有关的学习、工作与生活行为进行主动管理与调节的能力，被视为获取生涯成功的重要素养。其基本结构由自我管理、生涯探索与生涯建构三个维度构成。我国应构建以生涯管理能力为核心的本土化的学校生涯教育目标体系，为贯通小中大学开展持续、系统的生涯教育提供基础。
