Abstract:
Vocational undergraduate education is an important part of China’s modern vocational education system and undertakes the significant mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country. The construction of a “dual-qualified” teacher workforce is the core guarantee for achieving the talent cultivation goals of vocational undergraduate education. At present, vocational undergraduate institutions in China are confronted with problems such as vague concept definition, unclear cultivation pathways, and a lack of social participation in the cultivation of “dual-qualified” teachers. Within the context of school-enterprise cooperation, measures such as promoting two-way mobility of school and enterprise talents, establishing a diversified evaluation system, and jointly building a competency model for “dual-qualified” teachers through school-enterprise collaboration can help cultivate more vocational education practitioners with practical skills and industry experience, providing a solid faculty support for the cultivation of talents in vocational education.
职教本科教育是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,肩负着为国家培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命。“双师型”教师队伍建设,是实现职教本科人才培养目标的核心保障。目前,我国职教本科院校在“双师型”教师培养方面,存在概念界定模糊、培养路径不清晰及缺乏社会力量参与等问题。在校企合作的背景下,通过采取校企人才双向流动、制定多元化评价体系及校企共建“双师型”教师胜任力模型等措施,培养更多具备技能实操和行业经验的职业教育师资,能为职业教育人才培养提供了坚实师资支撑。
