校企合作背景下职教本科院校“双师型”教师的培养路径探究

• Abstract: Vocational undergraduate education is an important part of China's modern vocational education system and bears the significant mission of cultivating outstanding skilled talents for the country. The construction of a “dual-qualified” teacher workforce is the core guarantee for achieving the talent cultivation goals of vocational undergraduate education. At present, vocational undergraduate institutions in China face problems such as vague definitions, unclear cultivation pathways, and a lack of social participation in the cultivation of “dual-qualified” teachers. Within the context of school-enterprise cooperation, measures such as promoting two-way mobility of school and enterprise talents, establishing a diversified evaluation system, and jointly building a competency model for “dual-qualified” teachers through school-enterprise collaboration can help cultivate more vocational education practitioners with practical skills and industry experience, thereby providing a solid faculty guarantee for the cultivation of talents in vocational education. 职教本科教育是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分，担负着为国家培养卓越技能人才的重要使命。“双师型”教师队伍建设是实现职教本科人才培养目标的核心保障。目前，我国职教本科院校在“双师型”教师培养方面，存在定义模糊、培养路径不清晰以及缺乏社会力量参与等问题。在校企合作的背景下，通过采取校企人才双向流动、制定多元化评价体系以及校企共建“双师型”教师胜任力模型等措施，培养更多具备技能实操和行业经验的职业教育的从业者，为职业教育人才培养提供了坚实师资保障。
