Abstract:
Current water rescue training for police officers is generally characterized by a prominent deficiency of valuing technical skills while neglecting psychological adaptability, which renders it difficult to simulate authentic stress responses in real drowning scenarios. On the basis of analyzing the limitations of existing training paradigms, this paper proposes a framework for constructing an immersive drowning stress training system supported by bionic training equipment. Through integrating intelligent bionic drowning-simulation masks, drowning victim manikins, AR tactical diving goggles and other devices, and employing the dual mechanism of physiological stimulation and psychological intervention, a three-stage training system is established, namely stress desensitization, technical response, and realistic combat simulation. The results indicate that the proposed training apparatus can effectively remedy the gap in psychological adaptation in police water rescue training and exert significant application value in enhancing the actual rescue capabilities of police officers.
