Abstract:
The “Three-into” initiative is a strategic project for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation. All types of courses jointly bear the responsibility of educating people and fostering talents. However, there is insufficient research on advancing the “Three-into” through public elective courses currently. Based on the overall design concept of system theory and the requirements for promoting the “Three-into”, this study constructs and implements a “six-in-one” systematic reform model covering curriculum objectives, teaching content, methods, approaches, evaluation, and teaching staff. It defines the orientation of curriculum objectives for moral education, selects soul-nurturing teaching content, innovates the dual-line and three-phase teaching methods, optimizes the innovative case-based situational teaching approaches, implements full-process supervised teaching evaluation, and continuously improves the professional quality of teachers. This model aims to assist in value guidance, strengthen ideological identification, serve the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education, and promote the “Three-into” initiative in universities.
“三进”工作是高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略性工程。各类课程共同承担育人与育才的责任,但当前依托公共选修课推进“三进”工作的研究不足。本文基于系统论整体设计理念,立足“三进”工作推进要求,建构并实施课程目标、教学内容、手段、方法、评价、师资“六位一体”系统改革模式。通过确立课程目标育人航向、甄选铸魂教学内容、革新双线三阶教学手段、优化创新案例情境教学方法、实施全程管控教学评价和持续提升教学师资素养,辅助价值引领、强化思想认同、服务课程思政建设,推进高校“三进”工作。
