Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the global digital wave, the digital transformation of society has become an irreversible trend, which has profoundly influenced the education sector and brought both opportunities and challenges to mental health education for college students. On the one hand, although digital technologies such as online psychological counseling and distance learning have provided convenience for mental health education. However, it is also a challenge. Some colleges and universities have weak digital awareness and rigid education mode, which is difficult to adapt to the diversified and personalized psychological development needs of contemporary college students. College students are affected by the complexity of the current network environment, information overload and other factors, and their mental health is gradually troubled. Starting from the current problems of college students, this paper explores the possibility of introducing psychological counseling. Through online intelligent screening and early warning mode, artificial intelligence algorithm and big data are applied to timely screen students who need psychological support and care; establish a targeted counseling platform to provide students with personalized psychological counseling; strengthen the construction of the main position of the classroom, so that online and offline teaching at the same time, giving students flexibility and autonomy. Through such exploration, we can help college students get rid of poverty as soon as possible, and form a three-dimensional mental health guarantee in combination with home, school and society. Through these paths, this paper also hopes to further improve the quality and level of college students’ mental health education, and provide some help for the healthy growth and smooth development of college students.
在数字化浪潮席卷全球的时代大背景下,社会的数字化转型已成必然趋势,教育领域也随之迎来深刻变革,这对于大学生的心理健康教育而言既是机遇也是挑战。既是机会,因为在线心理咨询、在线上课等各种方式都为心理健康教育的线下进行提供了更多的可能性;但也是挑战,部分高校数字化意识薄弱,教育模式固化僵化,难以适配当代大学生多元化、个性化的心理发展需求。大学生受当前网络环境的复杂性、信息过载性等因素的影响,也逐渐使其心理健康陷入困扰当中。本文从当下高校大学生的种种困扰出发,探索引入心理咨询的可能性。通过在线智能筛查和预警模式,应用人工智能算法及大数据及时筛查需要心理支持与关怀的学生;建立针对性强的相关辅导平台,为学生提供个性化心理辅导;加强课堂主阵地建设,做到线上线下同时授课,给予学生灵活性和自主性。通过这样的探索,帮助大学生尽早脱困,并结合家、校、社会形成立体式的心理健康保障。本文通过这些路径,也希望能够进一步提高大学生心理健康教育的质量和水平,为保驾护航大学生健康成长、顺利成才提供一些帮助。
