Abstract:
The rapid development of artificial intelligence has posed requirements for to the competency structure of international trade talents. In foreign language universities, the cultivation of international trade talents has long been plagued by the disconnection between digital literacy and global competence. Traditional “language + trade” training models and fragmented “additive thinking” reforms have struggled to achieve the organic integration of these two competencies. Through theoretical analysis and literature synthesis, this study systematically identifies prominent issues in the current training model across the dimensions of educational objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods, practical platforms, assessment mechanisms, and faculty structure. On this basis, the study proposes an AIempowered approach to systematically construct an implementation pathway for a collaborative training model from four dimensions: curriculum system reconstruction, teaching model innovation, practical platform development, and assessment mechanism optimization. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the reform of international trade talent cultivation in foreign language universities.
人工智能技术的快速发展,对国际贸易人才的能力结构提出了全新要求。外语类高校在培养国际贸易人才时,长期面临数字素养与全球胜任力相互脱节的困境,传统“语言+贸易”培养模式及碎片化的“加法思维”改革,难以实现两种能力的有机融合。本研究通过理论分析与文献综合,系统梳理了当前培养模式在培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、实践平台、评价机制及师资结构等方面存在的突出问题。在此基础上,以AI技术为赋能核心,从课程体系重构、教学模式创新、实践平台建设、评价机制优化四个维度,系统构建了协同培养的实施路径,以期为外语类高校国际贸易专业人才培养改革提供理论参考与实践指导。
