Abstract:
Reconstructing university labor education courses under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) paradigm is a crucial measure to address the dual dilemmas of “labor without education” and “education without labor”, compensate for deficiencies in talent cultivation, and fulfill the fundamental task of fostering moral integrity through education. Building on an explanation of OBE’s core principles and curriculum design logic, this study examines current issues in university labor education courses using empirical data. Following the principle of “reverse design, forward implementation”, it develops a systematic reform framework encompassing four dimensions: course objectives, content, teaching delivery, and evaluation systems. The research aims to clarify the inherent compatibility between OBE concepts and labor education, establish a practical framework for university labor education, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of university labor education in the new era.
在成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)范式下重构高校劳动教育课程,是破解“有劳动无教育”与“有教育无劳动”双重困境、补齐人才培养短板、落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措。本文在阐释OBE理念核心内涵与课程设计逻辑的基础上,结合实证调研数据梳理当前高校劳动教育课程的现实症结,遵循“反向设计、正向实施”的核心逻辑,从课程目标、课程内容、教学实施、评价体系四个维度构建系统化的劳动教育课程重构方案。研究旨在厘清OBE理念与劳动教育的内在适切性,形成高校劳动教育实践框架,为新时代高校劳动教育高质量发展提供学理支撑与实践参考。
