“双减”背景下农村小学数学有效作业设计策略研究

Research on Effective Mathematics Homework Design Strategies for Rural Primary Schools under the Background of “Double Reduction”

  • Abstract: In July 2021, the “Double Reduction” policy was promulgated, setting a clear direction for the design and reform of primary school mathematics homework, and also posed challenges for rural primary schools on how to achieve “reduction in quantity and improvement in quality” of homework under limited conditions. To study the current situation and implementation effect of effective homework design in rural primary schools of mathematics, this article selected 52 mathematics teachers and 367 primary school students from five rural primary schools in the northwest region for a questionnaire survey. Through the investigation and analysis, it was found that although the current homework design in rural primary schools has made obvious improvements overall, there are still five problems: (1) The homework design concept does not conform to the requirements of the “Double Reduction” policy; (2) The sources and forms of homework are single, unable to meet the diverse needs of students; (3) The length and difficulty of homework are unbalanced, violating the “reduction and scientific adaptation” requirements in the “Double Reduction” policy; (4) The homework evaluation method is single, with weak incentive and guiding functions; (5) Teachers lack collaboration and innovation awareness, making it difficult to carry out the reform of homework design. The reasons for these problems are analyzed, and strategies for enhancing the effective design of homework in rural primary schools are proposed from five aspects: updating the design concept of homework, enriching the sources and forms of homework, scientifically regulating the quantity and difficulty of homework, optimizing the evaluation methods of homework, and strengthening teacher collaboration and educational research support. 2021年7月“双减”政策的颁布,为小学数学作业设计与改革指明了方向,也对农村小学在现有条件下实现作业“减量提质”提出了新要求。为研究农村小学数学有效作业设计现状和实施效果,文章选取了西北地区五所农村小学中52名数学教师和367名小学生进行问卷调查。通过调查分析发现:当前农村小学数学作业设计虽整体有明显改进,但仍存在五方面的问题:(1)作业设计理念与“双减”目标要求不符;(2)作业来源与形式单一,难以满足学生多样化需求;(3)作业时长与难度失衡,违背“双减”政策中的“减负与科学适配”要求;(4)作业评价方式单一,激励与导向功能较弱;(5)教师协作与创新意识不足,难以进行作业设计改革。本文就存在的问题进行原因分析,并从更新作业设计理念、丰富作业的来源与形式、科学调控作业量与作业难度、优化作业评价方式、加强教师协作与教研支持五个方面,提出了提升农村小学数学有效作业设计的策略。
