  • Abstract: This study draws on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the literature retrieval platform and reviews research on special-post teachers over the past decade (2016-2025), identifying four major research themes: (1) Policy evaluation of the “Special-Post Teacher Program”; (2) Occupational mobility of special post teachers; (3) Identity of special-post teachers; (4) Professional development of special-post teachers. The study further proposes future research directions, including the expansion of research themes, the diversification of research paradigms and the refinement of research populations, with the aim of providing references for subsequent studies. 本文以中国知网为文献检索平台,回顾了近十年(2016—2025年)特岗教师研究相关文献,归纳出当前特岗教师研究的四大研究主题:(1)“特岗计划”政策评价;(2)特岗教师职业流动;(3)特岗教师身份认同;(4)特岗教师专业发展。本文最后对未来研究提出展望,即拓展研究主题、丰富研究范式、细化研究群体,以期为后续研究提供参考。
