  • Abstract: As a core force in ideological and political education for college students, counselors at private universities directly influence the effectiveness of student development through their teaching approaches. Case-based teaching, grounded in authentic and typical scenarios, effectively addresses the shortcomings of traditional didactic instruction, enhancing the appeal and precision of ideological education. However, counselors at private universities currently face challenges such as insufficient exploration of case resources, improper application of teaching methods, and inadequate integration with the holistic “Five Educations” framework. Based on a typical case of a female student overcoming an unhealthy friendship and self-identity confusion, this paper systematically analyzes importance and practical pathways of case-based teaching in counselor-led ideological education. It proposes optimization strategies including deepening case resource development, establishing an integrated mechanism for the Five Educations, and enhancing counselors’ competence in case-based teaching, offering valuable insights for ideological education in private universities in the new era. 民办高校辅导员作为大学生思政教育的核心力量,其工作方式会直接影响到育人的实际成效。案例教学法依托真实且典型的情境展开,能够有效弥补传统灌输教育方式的不足,增强思政教育的感染力与精准性。但目前民办高校辅导员在应用案例教学法时,面临案例资源挖掘不深、教学方法运用不当、与五育融合不够充分等问题。本文基于一名女生走出非健康友情关系与自我迷失的典型案例,系统梳理案例教学法在辅导员思政教育中的重要性与实践路径,提出深挖案例资源、构建五育并举融合机制、提升辅导员案例教学能力等优化策略,为新时代民办高校实施思政教育提供参考。
