• Abstract: The consciousness of the Chinese national community, as a shared value and emotional bond among the Chinese people, is essentially a process of identity formation. Emotional identification plays a crucial role in strengthening this consciousness, facilitating a fundamental transformation from internalization to externalization. As practitioners and disseminators of the Chinese national community consciousness, college students' emotional identification helps deepen their theoretical understanding and promotes practical actions, thus achieving unity between knowledge and practice. This paper explores optimal pathways by examining three dimensions — emotional cognition, emotional experience, and emotional elevation — aiming to provide valuable insights and guidance for research and practice on enhancing emotional identification among college students regarding the Chinese national community consciousness. 中华民族共同体意识作为中华儿女的价值共识和情感联结，其铸牢过程实质是认同过程。情感认同是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键环节，能够推动中华民族共同体意识实现由内化于心到外化于行的根本性转变。大学生作为中华民族共同体意识的践行者和传播者，其情感认同有助于深化增强对中华民族共同体意识的理论认知，并推动行为实践，实现知行合一。本文尝试从大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识的情感认知、情感体验和情感升华三个维度探析优化路径，以期为大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识情感认同的研究和实践提供有益思考与启示。
