大数据背景下大学英语创新人才培养途径研究

• Abstract: The rapid advancement of modern information technologies, including big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, is profoundly reshaping the ecosystem of higher education. As one of the most extensive foundational courses in tertiary education, College English faces both historic opportunities and practical challenges in its transition from traditional teaching models to digital and intelligent instructional paradigms. Grounded in theoretical analysis and literature review, this paper explores the mechanisms through which the “4V” characteristics of big data — volume, velocity, variety, and veracity—operate within College English teaching. It critically differentiates among multi-platform learning behavior data, textual corpus data, and conventional teaching outcome data, and systematically analyzes the current bottlenecks in College English instruction, including issues related to platform integration, assessment design, data governance, and teacher-student digital literacy. On this basis, the paper proposes optimization pathways for talent cultivation in College English under the big data context from four dimensions: constructing smart teaching environments, promoting precision-based and personalized instruction, establishing a dynamic whole-process evaluation system, and enhancing big data literacy among both teachers and students. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for cultivating interdisciplinary talents with global perspectives, cross-cultural communication competence, and high-level information literacy. 大数据、云计算及人工智能等现代信息技术迅猛发展，正深刻重塑高等教育的生态格局。大学英语作为覆盖范围最广的高等教育基础课程之一，面临着从传统教学模式向数字化、智能化教学转型的历史机遇与现实挑战。本文立足理论分析与文献梳理，围绕大数据“4V”特征在大学英语教学中的作用机制展开讨论，重点辨析多平台学习行为数据、文本语料数据与常规教学结果数据之间的差异，系统分析当前大学英语在平台融合、评价设计、数据治理与师生素养等方面存在的现实瓶颈。在此基础上，本文从构建智慧教学环境、推进精准化个性化教学、打造全过程动态评价体系、提升师生大数据素养四个维度，提出大数据背景下大学英语人才培养的优化路径，旨在为培养具有国际视野、跨文化交际能力及高水平信息素养的复合型人才提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。
