• Abstract: Curriculum-based ideological education is a strategic measure for universities in the new era to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue. Public physical education courses in higher vocational colleges have a wide audience coverage and strong practicality, making them an important platform for promoting curriculum-based ideological education. However, at present, the integration of ideological education in public physical education courses in higher vocational colleges still faces practical challenges such as insufficient exploration of ideological elements, traditional and monotonous teaching models, uneven ideological literacy among teachers, and an incomplete evaluation system. Based on a systematic review of the policy framework and theoretical basis of curriculum-based ideological education, this paper, from the perspectives of systematically exploring ideological elements, innovating teaching models and methods, Strengthening the teacher workforce, and improving the assessment and evaluation system， proposes practical paths for the integration of ideological education in public physical education courses in higher vocational colleges. The case study of the public physical education course teaching reform at Technological Vocational College of Dezhou is conducted to analyze these issues. Technological Vocational College of Dezhou has continuously deepened the construction of the comprehensive ideological education system in recent years， cultivating the “Green Heart Yu Gong · Red Pomegranate” ideological education brand， and implementing the “Three Strengthenings” and “Three Enhancements” practices for ideological education. This has provided a favorable institutional environment and practical support for the integration of ideological education in public physical education courses. Conducting research on Dezhou College of Science and Technology as an example aims to provide theoretical references and practical inspirations for higher vocational colleges to promote the construction of ideological education in public physical education courses. 课程思政是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。高职院校公共体育课程受众覆盖面广、实践性强，是推进课程思政建设的重要阵地。然而，当前高职公共体育课程思政融合仍面临思政元素挖掘不充分、教学模式传统单一、教师思政素养参差不齐、评价体系尚不完善等现实困境。本文在系统梳理课程思政政策脉络与理论基础的前提下，立足高职教育职业性、应用性的办学定位，从系统挖掘思政元素、创新教学模式方法、加强师资队伍建设、完善考核评价体系四个维度，提出高职公共体育课程思政融合的实践路径，并以德州科技职业学院公共体育课程教学改革为案例进行分析。德州科技职业学院近年来持续深化大思政体系建设，培育“青心禹共·石榴红”思政品牌，实施“三加强”与“三增效”立德树人实践，为公共体育课程思政融合提供了良好的制度环境与实践支撑。以德州科技职业学院为例开展研究，旨在为高职院校推进公共体育课程思政建设提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
