• Abstract: The integrated construction of mental health education at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels is a core pathway facilitating adolescents’ physical and mental health and all-round development. At present, relevant efforts have formed certain consensus and yielded regional achievements. Nevertheless, prominent problems persist in practical implementation, including poor coordination among all parties within the social support system, insufficient exertion of students’ subjectivity, and inadequate effectiveness of psychological education. In the new era, The study aligns digital and intelligent technologies with the elements of school mental health education, it aims to develop four resource platforms featuring emotional, informational, evaluative and instrumental support under the framework of Social support theory, eliminate barriers across educational stages, Integrate diverse educational forces, precisely adapt to students’ individualized needs, and improve long-term educational mechanisms, thus providing practical references for the integrated construction of mental health education in the intelligent age. 大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设，是助力青少年身心健康成长与全面发展的重要路径。当前工作已取得一定共识和实践成果，但在落地实践中，依然存在社会支持系统中各方协同不畅、学生主体性发挥不佳、心理育人实效性不足等突出问题。新时代将数智技术与学校心理健康教育要素匹配，在社会支持理论视域下构建“情感、信息、评价、工具”四类支持资源的平台，目的在打通学段壁垒、整合多元育人力量、精准适配学生需求、健全长效育人机制，为智能时代背景下大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设提供路径参考。
