Abstract:
Technological empowerment serves as a pivotal driver for modernizing police education. Addressing shortcomings in current T-shaped baton training programs, this study examines instructional methodologies for T-shaped baton training under technological support, incorporating constructivist learning theory and precision teaching principles. The research establishes a teaching philosophy emphasizing “control priority, defense-oriented approach, lawful use of equipment, and safe handling”, develops a four-module instructional framework, and outlines a four-stage progression: foundational knowledge — skill consolidation — scenario integration — capability expansion. It explores application scenarios for lightweight technological tools — including high-frame-rate video analysis, digital emotional management systems, micro-lecture resource libraries, and immersive simulation environments — as well as the collaborative training models combining T-shaped batons with police equipment such as long batons, riot shields, and tear gas launchers. Practical evidence demonstrates these innovations significantly enhance movement accuracy and error correction efficiency, facilitate personalized instruction, strengthen safety protocols during training, bridge classroom learning with field operations, and provide theoretical foundations and practical frameworks for reforming police skills training in academic institutions.
科技赋能是推动公安教育现代化转型的重要驱动力。针对当前伸缩警棍教学训练中存在不足,本研究基于建构主义学习理论与精准教学理论,探究科技赋能背景下伸缩警棍教学训练路径。本研究确立了“控制优先、防御为本、依法用械、安全处置”的教学理念,构建了四大模块化教学内容体系,以及“基础认知—技能夯实—情景融合—能力拓展”递进式教学路径,探索了高帧率视频分析、数字化学情管理、微课资源库、沉浸式情景模拟等轻量化科技工具在教学中的应用场景,伸缩警棍与防暴棍、防暴盾牌、催泪喷射器等警械的协同训练模式。实践表明,该路径能有效提升了动作规范度与纠错效率,促进了个性化教学落地,强化了实训安全防控,推动了课堂教学与基层实战的有效衔接,可为公安院校警务技能教学训练改革提供理论参考与实践范式。
