- Abstract: Ideological and political courses are pivotal for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. The reform of ideological and political courses in the new era requires adherence to the principle of inculcation to uphold a sound political stance and clear value orientation. Meanwhile, it should adopt heuristic teaching methods conforming to the two-way teaching logic of teacher guidance and student-centered learning. The reform and innovation of teaching can be further advanced through the organic inculcation of indoctrination and heuristic teaching. 思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。新时代思政课改革，既要坚持灌输性原则，坚守正确的政治立场和明确的价值导向；又要坚持启发性方法，坚持教师主导、学生主体的双向教学逻辑，在灌输性和启发性有机统一中深化教学的改革创新。
