高职公共课“一核双维”融合育人效果的实证研究

• Abstract: To verify the practical effect of the “One Core, Two Dimensions” integrated education model applied in vocational college public courses, this study takes two public basic courses, namely Vocational English and Career Planning, as the implementation carriers. Adopting a mixed research method, this study selects two parallel intact classes of the 2025 cohort from a vocational college in Wuhan (42 students in the experimental class and 40 students in the control class) to conduct a one-semester teaching intervention. The education effect is evaluated from three dimensions: curriculum ideological and political value identity, psychological resilience, and career decision-making self-efficacy. Quantitative results show that the post-test scores of the experimental class in all three dimensions are significantly higher than those of the control class (p < 0.001 or p = 0.001), with Cohen’s d effect sizes of 0.87, 0.93 and 0.81 respectively. Qualitative data further reveal the internal functioning mechanism of integrated education and students’ subjective perceptions. 为了检验“一核双维”融合育人模型在高职公共课中的实践效果，本文以职业英语、职业生涯规划两门公共基础课为载体，采用混合研究的方法，选择武汉地区某高职院校2025级两个平行自然班（实验班42人、对照班40人）进行为期一个学期的教学干预，在课程思政价值认同、心理韧性、职业决策自我效能感三个方面对育人的效果进行评价。从量化结果可以看出，实验班三个维度的后测得分显著高于对照班，p<0.001或p=0.001，效应量分别为d=0.87、d=0.93、d=0.81；质性资料进一步说明了融合育人的内在作用机制及学生主观的感受。
