Abstract:
As the “father of educational sociology”,Durkheim devoted his whole life
to the research of sociology and pedagogy.He proposed the construction of scientific
and rational sociology,and defined “social facts” as the cornerstone of the existence
of social phenomena.At the same time,Durkheim attached great importance to the
reconstruction of social moral order,and the spirit of discipline was the most basic
element of morality.This study attempts to understand the spirit of discipline from the
perspective of Durkheim's “social facts” and interpret the rationality and necessity of
the existence of the spirit of discipline as a moral fact,in order to establish an objective
and respectful attitude towards moral discipline and social norms.This awakens
modern society's emphasis on disciplinary education and shapes the individual's
independent discipline spirit.
作为“教育社会学之父”,涂尔干将毕生精力都投放到社会学和教育
学的研究之中。他提出建设科学理性的社会学,并且将“社会事实”界定为社
会现象存在的基石;同时,涂尔干十分重视社会道德秩序的重建,而纪律精神
便是组成道德的最基本要素。本研究试从涂尔干“社会事实”的角度理解纪律
精神,诠释纪律精神作为一种道德事实存在的合理性及必要性,从而帮助人们
树立客观的尊重的态度对待道德纪律和社会规范,以此唤醒现代社会对于纪律
精神教育的重视,塑造个体自主的纪律精神。
