浅谈中小企业战略管理缺失问题

• 摘要： 随着社会经济快速发展，我国中小企业迅速崛起，中小企业由于规模较小、机智灵活等特点获得一定的市场份额。大量中小企业的兴起，增加了市场竞争的压力，但是中小企业普遍存在战略管理缺失现象，对企业 经营和发展极为不利。本文针对中小企业战略管理缺失问题进行了深入分析，同时结合中小企业实际情况和困难， 提出相应解决对策，以期为中小企业战略管理提供参考方案。
• With the rapid development of social economy, the rapid rise of Small and Medium-sized enterprises in China, small and medium-sized enterprises due to small scale, wit and flexibility and other characteristics to obtain a certain market share. The rise of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises has increased the pressure of market competition, but the lack of strategic management is widespread in small and medium-sized enterprises, which is extremely unfavorable to the operation and development of enterprises. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the lack of strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and at the same time, combined with the actual situation and difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, put forward corresponding solutions, with a view to providing reference programs for the strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
