• 摘要： 社会保险基金预算管理是社会保障制度长期稳定运行的核心机制，也是财政管理重要工具和必要手段。随着我国社会保险基金预算管理的内涵不断丰富，外延不断拓展，已经成为具备多个险种、覆盖全体国民的社会保险基金预算。本文主要研究社会保险基金预算管理的现状，从发展阶段、管理体制与政策以及表现出来的问题入手，分析了社会保险基金预算管理。
• Budget management of the social insurance fund is the core mechanism of long-term stable operation of the social security system, and also an important tool and a necessary means of financial management. With the continuous enrichment of the connotation and extension of social insurance fund budget management in China, it has become a social insurance fund budget with multiple types of insurance including all the people. This paper mainly studies the current situation of social insurance fund budget management, starting with the development stage, management system and policy, and the problems that appear. It analyses the budget management of the social insurance fund.
