基于优势视角下我国退役运动员多元化发展路径探究

• 摘要： 运动员退役后能否成功实现事业的再发展是影响个人和国家体育事业发展的重要问题。目前退役运动员再就业存在着传统运动员培养机制不合理、立法体系与执行效果不显著、运动员就业观念不当、难以适应社会环境、社会负面评价导致运动员贬低自我价值以及竞赛训练造成的伤痛影响等问题。本研究从优势视角出发对退役运动员多元化发展优势进行分析，发现退役运动员具有抗逆力能力强、注重沟通、善用资源等优势。这些优势在对运动员的多元化发展中起到积极的推动作用。基于此，本研究探讨了退役运动员可以通过增强抗逆力、激发自身潜能与力量、善用资源、为多元化发展创造机遇、发挥自身优势及完成职业转换等途径实现多元化发展。
• It is an important issue that affects the development of individual and national sports cause whether athletes can successfully realize their career development after retirement. At present, the traditional training mechanism of retired athletes is unreasonable. The legislative system and implementation effect are not significant;Improper employment concept of athletes, difficult to adapt to the social environment; The negative social evaluation leads to the devaluation of self-value of athletes; Injury effects caused by competitive training. This study analyzes the diversified development advantages of retired athletes from the perspective of advantages, found that retired athletes have strong resilience, focus on communication, and make good use of resources, These advantages have a positive role in promoting the diversified development of athletes, On this basis, it is discussed that retired athletes can stimulate their own potential and strength by strengthening their resilience. Utilising resources to create opportunities for diversified development;Give full play to their own advantages, complete career transformation and other ways to achieve diversified development.
