摘要：个人怀旧是对个体过去经历的怀念，是一种与自我相关的情绪体验。本文主要介绍了个人怀旧的概念、测量以及相关理论模型（如稳态模型、双重动机模型），阐述了个人怀旧的功能及其个体差异，最后提出了未来的研究方向。
Personal nostalgia refers to a long sentimental longing or wistful affection for one’s past. This paper mainly introduces the concept, related heoretical models and individual differences, finally, puts forward the future research direction.
