• Abstract: Marx’s value concept of labor education emphasizes that labor is the way of individual to society, and also the need of individual self-realization and connecting society. Through the analysis of the existing literature, accordance with the requirements of measurement to compile the primary school students labor education questionnaire, a total of 21 questions, including labor concept, labor habits, labor skills, labor emotion 4 dimensions. The internal consistency reliability, content validity and structure validity of the questionnaire are ideal, which meets the requirements of psychometry, indicating that the questionnaire has good validity and can be used as an evaluation tool for the development level of primary school students’ labor education, which provides an empirical basis for creating various forms and contents of labor education. 马克思劳动教育的育人价值理念强调，劳动是个体通往社会的途径，同时也是个人自我实现和连接社会的需 要。通过对现有文献的分析，按照测量学要求编制小学生劳动教育问卷，问卷共 21题，包含劳动观念、劳动习惯、劳动技能、劳动情感 4 个维度。问卷的内部一致性信度、内容效度和结构效度较为理想，符合心理测量学要求，表明该问卷具有良好的效度，可以作为小学生劳动教育发展水平的评估工具，为开创多种劳动教育形式和内容提供了实证依据。
