A Review of Research on Mental Health of Chinese Exservicemen

• 摘要： 自新中国成立以来至2016年12月,我国共有5700万军人退出现役,并以每年几十万的速度递增。军人面对退役事件时会出现不同程度的心理应激,导致抑郁、焦虑等情绪问题,对心理健康水平产生影响。基于此，研究者们发现人口学特征、应对方式、情绪调节策略、社会支持等因素与退役军人的心理健康水平相关，且团体授课、个体咨询、团体心理辅导、心理看护、个案工作等方式对退役军人的心理问题有较好的干预效果。但整体来说,对退役军人研究在关注程度、主体概念、研究方法及研究主体上存在局限。
• From the new China was founded in December 2016, a total of 57 million soldiers discharged from active service in our country, and with each year hundreds of thousands of speed increasing. Soldiers will experience different degrees of psychological stress in the face of retirement events, leading to depression, anxiety and other emotional problems, which will affect their mental health. Based on this, the researchers found that demographic characteristics, coping styles, emotional regulation strategies, social support and other factors were related to the mental health level of ex-servicemen, and group teaching, individual counseling, group psychological counseling, psychological nursing, case work and other methods had better intervention effect on the psychological problems of ex-servicemen. But on the whole, there are limitations in the degree of concern, subject concept, research method and subject of the research on veterans.
