军校大学生抑郁高危人群界定的初步探讨

• 摘要： 高校学生抑郁检出率较高，已成为一个值得关注的公共卫生问题。军校作为高校中的一个特殊群体，学生除了具备普通高校的各种境遇之外，还面临军校特殊的环境任务，更使得军校学员成为抑郁障碍高发的一个群体。提早发现可能成为抑郁障碍的群体，对其进行早期干预，可预防抑郁障碍的形成。本文从军校大学生心理的研究现状、界定抑郁高危人群理论依据以及抑郁高危群体界定框架设定三个方面，初步探讨了军校大学生抑郁高危人群的界定模式，以期早期锁定目标人群，实施心理干预，保证安全稳定，提高部队面临应激事件时的战斗力。
• The high detection rate of depression among college students has become a public health problem worthy of attention. As a special group in colleges and universities, military cadets are faced with special environmental tasks in addition to various conditions of ordinary colleges and universities, which makes military cadets become a group with high incidence of depression disorder. Early detection may become a group of depression disorder, early intervention, can prevent the formation of depression disorder. In this paper, from the point, the study of college students’ mental and define people at high risk of depression theory basis and high-risk groups defined framework set three aspects of depression, preliminary discussion on the definition of military academy students people at high risk for depression model, in order to target population, early implementation of psychological intervention, to ensure the safe and stable, increase the ferocity of forces when facing stress events.
