孤独感与社交网络滥用研究述评

• 摘要： 中国互联网络信息中心数据显示，截至2021 年9 月，我国移动互联网用户数量达11.67 亿，使用手机上网的用户比例达99.7%。当人们不能使用手机或社交软件时，会因为害怕错过别人正在经历或做的有益的事情而产生消极情绪，如焦虑和不安，这种情绪可以称为社交媒体错失恐惧。有研究发现，孤独感与社交网络的滥用存在某种相关性，如错失恐惧高的个体更易形成严重的问题性社交媒体使用行为。很多学者在不同群体如高职学生群体、大学生群体、老年人群体里研究孤独感与社交媒体使用的关系时，发现社交媒体的过度使用与孤独感有很显著的相关性或中介作用。
• According to the data of China Internet Network Information Center, the number of mobile Internet users in China has reached 11.67 billion, and the proportion of users using mobile phones to access the Internet reached 99.7% by September 2021. When mobile phone or social software cannot be used, negative emotions (e. g: anxiety and uneasiness) are caused by fear of missing something important that others are experiencing or doing, can be called fearing of missing out in social media. Studies have found that there is a certain correlation between loneliness and social network abuse. For example, individuals with high fear of missing out are more likely to form serious problematic social media use behaviors. Many scholars study the relationship between loneliness and the use of social media in different groups, such as higher vocational students, college students and the elderly, and find that the excessive use of social media has a significant correlation or mediating effect on loneliness.
