Abstract:
Procedural fairness and trust are important variables in the field of organization. This paper
systematically organizes related researches on procedural justice and trust, and firstly reviews the origin
and development of the two. Then the study discusses the relationship between the two variables from
the aspects of mutual causation, trust as a mediator and moderator variable, and procedural justice as a
mediator variable. Finally, this research proposes limitations existed in the study, such as the imperfection
of the measurement, the differences of findings, cultural differences, and future research direction.
程序公正和信任是组织领域的重要变量,两个变量之间的关系非常具有研究意义。本文系统整理了程序公正和信任的相关研究,首先回顾了二者的起源和发展。然后分别从两者互为因果,信任作为中介、调节变量,程序公正作为中介变量这几个方面去讨论两个变量之间的关系。最后提出当前研究的局限性,如:测量的不完善性、研究结果的差异、文化差异性等,为未来的研究方向提供了指导。
