浅析“责任分散”的产生及解决对策——以大学新生为例

• Abstract: Responsibility dispersion is a psychological phenomenon prevalent in today’s society. University education as an indispensable part of social education, the importance of its talent training is selfevident. Focusing on the current college freshmen, this paper explores their understanding and behavior of responsibility dispersion, analyzes the causes of this kind of psychology, and finally puts forward the solutions to this kind of psychology in colleges and universities. This paper divides the scattered psychology into three categories from light to heavy, and puts forward the causes and countermeasures of the psychological formation in accordance with the college freshmen group by discussing, summarizing and analyzing the previous reports. Three causes are obtained and solutions are put forward from three angles. “责任分散”是当今社会普遍存在的一种心理现象，大学教育作为社会教育不可或缺的一环，其人才培养的重要性不言而喻。聚焦当今大学新生，探究其对“责任分散”的认识和行为，并对该种心理的产生的原因进行分析，最终落实到高校对此种心理的解决对策。将分散心理由轻到重分为三类，通过探讨总结、分析研究前人的相关报告，研究得出三方面成因，并从三个角度提出了解决对策。
