• Abstract: The way you see yourself and others affects your behaviour patterns, this paper discusses the relationship between self-efficacy, cooperation and competition personality and mobile phone addiction of Vocational College Students. The results show that there are significant differences in self-efficacy and cooperation and competition personality between students of different genders. There are significant differences in self-efficacy and cooperative tendency among different groups. Self-efficacy can significant positive predict the cooperative competitive tendency. Controlling the competitive tendency, self-efficacy can significant negatively predict the mobile phone addiction behavior. Competitive tendency can significant positive predict the mobile phone addiction behavior. 看待自己与他人的方式会影响个人的行为模式，本文探讨了高职院校学生的自我效能感、合作与竞争倾向和手机成瘾行为之间的关系。研究表明：不同性别学生在自我效能感、合作竞争倾向上存在显著差异；不同学生群体在自我效能感、合作倾向上存在显著差异；自我效能感对其合作竞争倾向有显著的正向预测作用；在控制竞争倾向变量后，自我效能感对其手机成瘾行为有显著的负向预测作用；竞争倾向对其手机成瘾行为有显著的正向预测作用。
