Abstract:
Facing academic pressure, the mental health of high school students need to be noticed.
Playfulness and humor are emerging themes in positive psychology that should be explored. Thus, this
study examined the Beijing. Female students score significantly higher on measures of mental health than
male students. Playfulness is negatively correlated with low pleasure-seeking motivation, and mental
health problems. Humor is found an explicit expression of playfulness, and mental health problems are
negatively correlated with adaptive humor styles and are positively correlated with maladaptive humor
styles. Taken together, playfulness and adaptive humor styles enhance students’ mental health.
玩乐与幽默是积极心理学新兴主题,高中生心理健康也需要积极引导,三者关系值得深入探究。本研究以问卷调查方式对358名高一、高二的学生进行调查发现:(1)女生比男生存在更多的心理健康问题,高二年级高于高一年级;(2)玩乐与心理问题负相关,其寻乐动机维度与精神问题各维度均负向显著;(3)幽默作为玩乐的外显表示,心理健康与适应性幽默呈正相关,与非适应性幽默呈负相关。本研究展现了青少年心理问题的发展趋势,玩乐的促进作用,并印证了幽默适应性和非适应性的差异作用,为引导高中生心理健康提供了新方向。
