• 摘要： 高校思想政治教育者是高校思想政治教育开展的组织者和实施者，在受教育者的综合素质、身心素质培养方面起着重中之重的作用。在新时代，各种现实因素、思想观念因素和文化思潮等使得受教育者的层次与素质呈现出新趋势、新变化，倒逼高校思想政治教育者增强运用交叉学科技能的专业能力，而心理咨询中蕴含的方法则为高校思想政治教育者提供了新路径、新方法，本文重点探讨了高校思想政治教育者和心理咨询师的角色定位及如何更好地调试、转化，以期增强实施高校思想政治教育活动的可行性，增强实施效果的目的性，促进受教育者的全面发展。
• The ideological and political educators in colleges and universities are the organizers and implementers of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They play an important role in the cultivation of the comprehensive quality and physical and mental quality of the educatees. In the new era, various realistic factors, ideological factors and cultural trends make the level and quality of the educatees present new trends and changes, which forces ideological and political educators in colleges and universities to enhance their professional ability to use interdisciplinary skills. The methods contained in psychological counseling provide new paths and methods for ideological and political educators in colleges and universities, This paper focuses on the role orientation of ideological and political educators and psychological consultants in colleges and universities, and how to better debug and transform them, so as to enhance the feasibility of implementing ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities, enhance the purpose of implementation effects, and promote the allround development of the educated.
