共情在高校辅导员日常思想政治教育中的应用

• 摘要： 共情作为心理学领域广泛运用的心理咨询与治疗技术，旨在强调咨询师在对来访者同感理解的基础之上实现双方的有效沟通，其效果在心理学领域得到广泛认可。共情可以为辅导员日常思想政治教育的顺利开展提供理论与方法应用的借鉴。本文主要从共情理论出发，分析共情在辅导员日常思想政治教育的供需调节、关系建构、沟通深入方面的作用，提出了共情应用于辅导员日常思想政治教育的具体策略，对提升辅导员日常思想政治教育工作质量具有重要意义。
• Empathy, as a widely used psychological counseling and treatment technique in the field of psychology, aims to emphasize the effective communication between the two sides based on the sympathetic understanding of the client, and its effect is widely recognized in the field of psychology. Empathy can provide reference for the application of theory and method for the smooth development of the daily ideological and political education of counselors. Starting from the theory of empathy, this paper analyzes the role of empathy in the adjustment of supply and demand, relationship construction, and in-depth communication in counselors’ daily ideological and political education, and proposes specific strategies for applying empathy to counselors’ daily ideological and political education. The quality of daily ideological and political education work is of great significance.
