• 摘要： 高校心理健康教育是素质教育的重要组成部分，当前在心理健康教育工作人员严重不足的情况下，对学校心理委员进行全面、系统的专业培训，提升其自我认同感，更好地参与到学校心理健康教育工作中来，能够对高校心理危机情况做到早发现、早预防，将危机扼杀在摇篮之中。
• Mental health education in colleges and universities is an important part of quality education. At present, under the serious shortage of mental health education staff, we should carry out comprehensive and systematic professional training for school psychological committee members to enhance their self-identity and better participate in school mental health education to find and prevent psychological crisis early and kill the crisis in the cradle.
