• 摘要： 心理委员是高校心理健康教育体系中不可或缺的一部分。因其工作性质的特殊，需要具备更高水平的工作胜任力。心理委员专业化培训必然成为高校心理育人工作的重点内容。文章基于美术院校学生的特点，提出在积极艺术治疗理论框架下，开展“一次单元模式”团体心理辅导，并详细探讨主题内容的选择、结构的设计、过程的实施，以及目前研究的不足与未来的研究方向，以便为美术院校心理委员培训工作的深入开展提供参考。
• Psychological committee members are an indispensable force in the mental health education system of colleges and universities. Due to the special nature of their work, they need to have a higher level of work competence. The professional training of psychological committee members will inevitably become the key content of psychological education in colleges and universities. Based on the characteristics of students in art colleges and universities, this paper proposes to carry out’ one unit model’ group psychological counseling under the framework of positive art therapy theory, and discusses in detail the selection of theme content, structured design and implementation of process, so as to provide reference for the in-depth development of psychological committee training in art colleges and universities.
