审前羁押人员心理健康服务：现状、困难及展望

• 摘要： 看守所是临时羁押依法被逮捕、刑事拘留的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的场所。被羁押人员焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状普遍存在，同时看守所内打架斗殴、自杀、自残现象时有发生，严重影响在押人员的身心健康，同时给看守所的监管工作带来诸多隐患，也不利于司法部门侦察、起诉和审判工作的顺利进行。本文对国内外审前羁押人员的心理健康状况及服务现状进行回顾，分析当前在看守所开展心理健康服务面临的问题和困难并提出可行性的建议，为今后开展羁押人员心理健康服务提供参考。
• A detention center is a place for temporary detention of criminal suspects and defendants who have been arrested or put under criminal detention according to law. Detainees suffer from serious psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and compulsion. Meanwhile, fighting, suicide and self-harm occur from time to time in detention centers, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of detainees. It is not conducive to the smooth progress of reconnaissance, prosecution and trial, and brings many hidden dangers to the supervision of detention centers. This paper reviews the mental health status and service status of pretrial detainees at home and abroad, analyzes the current problems and difficulties in developing mental health services in detention centers, and puts forward feasible suggestions to provide reference for developing mental health services for detainees in the future.
